I was appointed to Dr. James Leong to do retinal detachment surgery, under Dr. James Leong's authority, another doctor injected VEGF injection into the left eye at the Sydney Eye Hospital before the commencement of the surgery in 24hrs. The whole purpose of this surgery was to save whatever eyesight is left in the eye not to allow me to go blind, the VEGF Injection was not supposed to be administered, the lens was removed, the lens was not measured and the lens was not replaced by an artificial lens, i had 45% vision left in my left eye according to Dr. James Leong and now i have 0% of sight in my left eye so i am blind in my left eye. It was a unsuccessful surgery, I have lost all sight in the left eye all because of this surgeon. Please be aware of this doctor, always get a second, a third or even a fourth opinion.

The staff are so welcoming and helpful. From the front desk and beyond. Today I saw the lovely Dr Charmaine. I found Dr Charmaine very compassionate and caring. She was a delight to talk to and very easy to approach. If the need be I would trust Dr Charmaine with any problems I had. God Bless Dr Charmaine she is a true Gem.

The staff is very kind and Courteous. and very helpful and world class panel of treating Doctors. They extended their services even when I had moved to another city for family reasons. Cannot give more than 5* rating. Highly recommended

Doctors are good and highly experienced however, scheduling and management need to improve as it is not reasonable to have patients wait over 3 hours for an appointment booked over a month ago.
