Dr Alan is the best gynaecologist. He did listen to me and checked my result and test. And was very patient and He didn't rush me and he did answer all the question that I had. And gave me the best solution for my health problems with taking the consideration of my age and situation. My experience with Dr Alan was very good he is caring, professional and confident with what his talking about.And very up-to-date with the new robotics machine. I do highly recommend Dr Alan for all women problems!!! I'm forever grateful to find him

Dr. Tong took me as a patient almost at 24th week of pregnancy and I'm so grateful to him as my OB. He made me feel relaxed right from first appointment. He performs USG in every appointment and informs about how bub's doing. Exceptional and skilled. I would recommend him to everyone especially for a positive birth experience at Westmead private.

Very disappointed with Dr Tong. Initial consultation went very well and we felt he was the specialist for us. However, we were extremely let down at our second appointment. He rushed us in and out in less than 5 minutes. When we had questions about IUI versus IVF, he said just Google it. $200 for a consultation just to be told to go and Google it. If that is his attitude he should not be practicing.

Dr Tong was recommended to me by multiple obstetric trainees, and I had a wonderful experience with him throughout my pregnancy and birth. Each consultation was thorough and never rushed, yet mostly on time for appointments. He is lovely, kind and compassionate.
