From the beginning Mike has looked after myself and my wife tremendously. It all started 3 years ago when myself and my wife thought it was just about impossible to buy our home and being turned away by lenders and other brokers Mike did not give up on us. He got our first home loan approved and we were able to purchase our family home. Just recently Mike did our re-finance and got us approved with a competitive interest rate although I didnt think it would have happened so soon. If you think that getting your first home loan is impossible go and see Mike and he will do everything possible to get you across the line. With Mike nothing is impossible. And even if he may not be able to get you a loan right now he will set you on a path to ensure you get approved in the future. I just cant thank Mike enough!!!

Refinancing and having funds to purchase a second property would n't have been possible without Mike. I was informed, educated and updated throughout the whole process. He created excel spreadsheets for my current situation, our next steps and plan of attack. I highly highly recommend Mike!

I can't express how happy I am with the work that Mike and Joanna do on a daily basis. Nothing is too much trouble and they are there for the long haul! Mike keeps in touch and keeps me on track with my financial goals. I can't recommend them highly enough. It's nice to be put first for once!

We can not recommend Mike and the team at Nectar Mortgages more highly. Mike is extremely knowledgeable and experienced in the industry and always offered sound advice and recommendations. Our situation was a little complicated however Mike handled this in his stride while keeping us informed along the way to getting our mortgage.
