        Just visited for a lens replacement/update and I was turned down because I have an Oakley frame and it did not come from them. In all my years, I have never been turned down for a lens replacement. My recent lens replacement was a year ago for my Ray Ban frames. It was done by Specsavers Napean village with no dramas even though they dont sell the frames as well. this is the second strike I had with this store. The first one was when I went for an eye test a month ago, they refused to take my PD measurement which is required for specifying your specs. According to the store it is their policy and they only measure it if I have my specs done with them. Again this is the first time I heard this. My last eye test included a PD when I requested it and took them two seconds to get. So Specsavers St. Marys is obviously all about making money by forcing customers to lock in with them. And they dont even have decent frames that look like they will last a year! Do yourself a favour, go somewhere else for spec needs. You can drive a bit more to Specsavers Napean Village at Penrith. They have far better ethical business practices!
