Gave me an ulcer in 2018 right at the front of my shin and didn't even bother showing up to see me for the last two appointments. Disgraceful behaviour and I am still undecided about making a formal complaint even today . I 100% do not recommend this practice.

Poor patient management. The receptionists misinformation and lack communication has dragged me along for 8 months with appointments being continuously cancelled last minute and not rescheduled until I followed up several times. Dr Grace decided to refer me to another specialist on the other side of the city without any details of wheather they could perform the procedure and no contact to advise me of the next step. Ive been waiting months to receive the treatment whilst in pain - I wish I had just walked away months ago as I now have to start over again after spending a significant amount of time and money with this business.

Dr Grace is an awesome doctor. I had a foot issue for 3 years, and was referred to Dr Grace by my foot surgeon, and he did some work on it and really made a big difference and prepared the injury for a surgical procedure which has seen the foot 100% fixed. Really good Doctor, great team as well. Thanks Dr Grace, you have made a big difference in my quality of life. Thanks!
