Ms Katherine was the one who helped me organize everything prior to my sessions with Ms. Macfarlane. Both have been absolutely incredible, helpful and thoughtful. They have your needs in mind. So thank you, I am very grateful.

I have been to Headspace, several psychologists and psychiatrists and was at the point that I thought I would never find a good mental health specialist who actually cared and understood. I stumbled upon Well Mind & Body Psychology in a Google search and thought I would give it a go as a last resort and I am so glad I did. I have been seeing Oriane Macfarlane for a few months and she has been so patient, caring, welcoming and understanding. I find myself opening up about stuff to her that I haven't felt comfortable enough to with any other mental health professional. She actually responds to your emotions - she validates how you're feeling if you're angry or upset, and she genuinely celebrates your wins when you've made progress, no matter how small the progress might seem to you. She encourages you to celebrate the small milestones also. She is also extremely organised which I love, as in, she will bring up small details I may have mentioned in passing in earlier sessions (This is a massive factor to me as I had a psych who always misplaced session notes and would get me confused with other patients every session). The practice itself is accessible and billing is quick and automatic (if you choose). For me, it's nice not having to worry about payment after a heavy session so I like it being done like that. I cannot recommend this place and Oriane Macfarlane highly enough.
