Dr Cass is a god send he has operated on my both shoulders one shoulder was done in Sydney at st Vincent private and the other in Dubbo nsw and now he is looking after my left elbow I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him his personality and professionalism is outstanding and his an awesome surgeon

He is excellent, so caring and skilful. I am a 92 yo woman and doubted anyone could help me with my pain. Dr Cass worked his magic and in the 4 weeks so far I havent felt any pain to speak of. If he says he can do it. He can! Sent from heaven he is caring compassionate and a magician. Update 9 months later Feb.2023 : Full use of right arm - can drive, hold it straight up in air, carry a reasonably bag of shopping . Well.. whatever you use your arm to do. My left arm needs doing badly but am resisting at 93, in a few weeks, and with other probs. dont know if its what I want. Dont doubt however if I said go Ben would do equally as good a job. Incidentally re the caring bit he rang the other day just to see how I was going.

Last year, in a lot of pain at 80yrs of age, I went to see Dr Ben Cass. Now 13 months later after Dr Ben gave me a 'new' shoulder I have a new lease on life. I can do everything I want to do, even swim overarm. Dr Ben listened to all my concerns, answered all my questions I never felt rushed. He has a great personality, very calming affect and I felt sure in his hands.

Dr Cass is a gentleman and a professional! He has explained everything to me in a way I understood and it is clear he cares about his patients first and foremost. I highly recommend him and extremely grateful to have found him!
