Terrible agency. Don't waste your time.

Dreadful experience. Relative moved from UK and promised support, a network and work. She got none of these. She had to complete final paperwork with help from nurses she met in her hostel and, after all this, they had no work! There was no help at all. To be blunt, without us sending money to help, she would have been virtually destitute. There was little other work in bars or cafes either at this time. I note these other reviews are unverified, and all seem very different from our experience - except one which echoes our difficulties. . . So please be very cautious about signing up based on reviews!

We had a dreadful experience with this agency. They promised our relative three things- work, networking and support: they delivered none of these things. She moved from the UK to Australia and then had to get help from nursing staff she met in her hostel to complete the paperwork- there was no help or networking available- and after all this, they had no work. Bluntly she would have been virtually destitute if our family had not been able to send her money for accommodation and food. I note the many positive reviews posted here, and also note they are unverified- so if you are looking for work through this or similar agencies, please be VERY careful. I genuinely would not wish anyone else to find themself in this situation.

NNA are an amazing agency ,they have a great team that supports nurses not only in the healthcare environment but they also offer lots of social events running outside of that where you can meet and chat with other nurses. These social events are a brilliant opportunity for expats coming to Australia as it is so welcoming and it really makes you feel like youre part of a team.

Absolutely HORRENDOUS. If youll notice all of their reviews are from staff who get gifts for leaving positive reviews. I strongly advise if you are an NDIS participant or family of a participant to not use this agency. They are currently under investigation for many serious issues that they were not willing to address which was extremely concerning as the issues were very serious including neglect, deleted medical files and medication tampering of an opioid. This agency also was happy to take millions of NDIS funding but dismissed the NDIS code of conduct. They even still breached the NDIS code of conduct after the NDIS quality and safeguards commission called them. They also had to be educated by the commission about what bullying is and what is perceived as bullying. Their favourite tactic is gaslighting after bullying you. Id hate for another family to go through what we have gone through.
