Dr Bithi Roy

I have been seeing Dr Roy for my baby since December 2022 to date still seeing her. I have never met such an amazing Dr, I simply cant put into words the amount of care and professionalism she puts in. She goes above and beyond with all her patients as a few of my family members also see her. If it wasnt for Dr Roy I wouldnt have the answers to my baby health. This review is from one mother to the next you truly will love Dr Roy.

Dr Bithi Roy is absolutely amazing. She is patience, dedication and devotion. She always search for most suitable, reliable and ethical solution according to the patient's situation. She is organised and systematic, she always remind us to get the questions ready then sent it to her before we visit her in her clinic. She is a reflection of professionalism, her consistency sometimes makes you feel like you are a new patient to her even you know her around a year. The thing I like the most is she is not a doctor that tells you that you are fine, not because of you are actually healthy enough without any doubt, but you are not sick enough to let you end up you life.

My daughter had experienced eczema problem for several months before I came to see Dr Roy. And she got so much better after applying the ointment and following Dr Roy's advice for daily care. Dr Roy is always very helpful and patient with all my questions.

I highly recommend Dr. Roy as a pediatrician. She has gone above and beyond to provide exceptional care for our child. She called us after hours to follow up on questions we had and has always been very responsive to our emails. She takes the time to listen to our concerns and provides thoughtful advice that aligns with our philosophy of raising a baby. On more than one occasion, she has made time for us when we needed it, which we really appreciate. We feel fortunate to have her as our child's doctor and would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and knowledgeable pediatrician.
