Everything about my experience with Choice Flooring at Silverwater was amazing. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were highly skilled tradesmen who laid my floor and they did such a professional job in laying my laminated flooring, putting back the furniture and tidying up when the work was completed. In fact my lounge room was cleaner than before they started. Anthony Fong, you were so friendly and helpful when I came to your showroom to choose the colour of my laminated flooring. I cannot recommend you highly enough.

Impossible to get the job we had arranged completed. Paid invoice before all had been done. Multiple phone calls and never followed up. Ended up getting flooring finished with another flooring company. Would not recommend.

I had the most enjoyable and stress free experience dealing with Simon De Munck from Choices Flooring in St Leonards, Sydney, who made the whole daunting process of choosing the best suited type of flooring for my home that I have just built. Read a few low 1 star reviews and thought, well I'll head over to the show room and see for myself. Arrived at 2.30pm as website says they're open I'll 4pm. The door was shut and said open till 4pm on Saturdays, so waited 20 minutes in case they were getting a late lunch but there was no note on the door. Rang the number for the store, left a message. No one turned up, no one called back. If this is what happens before stepping foot in the door, you can only imagine how bad it would be if you actually placed an order. Don't waste your time like I did.
