Jim was a good tax agent, but in year 2 he just pawned us off to a more junior tax agent. When I got audited for a calculation he made, he said to me it's not his responsibility anymore. It was company share related and he did something wrong or didn't submit the right paperwork, so the tax year he dealt with never got resolved. For the huge sums he charged, I feel like he surely could have just resent one letter to the ATO to solve this.

I have been with Century for about 3 years now. They are a hidden gem. Try not to tell everyone because i don't want them getting overwhelmed. But they really do deliver - service, job satisfaction, reliability, reasonable pricing, thoughtful guys who really look after your car.
