        The reception staff, doctors and in-house pathology are friendly, knowledgeable and do everything to help. Ive had a great experience with all of them. The bulk billing is also a big draw card for this medical centre. There is an adequate waiting room with a tv and the seats are spaced out, which I appreciate. The only downside is the long waiting times (expect 60mins), but I think this length of wait time would be expected in most medical centres in Sydney and nearby towns.

        Complete waste of time. Called in advance then drove 40mins to be told to come back at 2.

        Unfortunately this practice doesnt have enough doctors and is servicing a wider community. The staff are fully booked and then some but still do everything they can to support patients. They are patient and caring, understanding that the Gp shortage is effecting everyone. Masive thankyou to all the doctors and receptionists here.

        Website says they take walk ins. But when u get there they aren't taking any at all for the foreseeable future. U have to book an appointment 1 week in advance on their website. Would be great if they updated their website letting people know about the walk ins update.
