My partner and I joined up and while the gym itself is ok by SWR standards but the management team offer a particularly poor customer experience. We both had to cancel our memberships in line with the conditions set out in the contract. I had supplied all of the required documents required to cancel membership and management were unresponsive. After several attempts, they responded telling me that they needed more time to review the documentation (3 brief documents) which ended up taking over one month to do a 5 minute job so they could continue to charge me. This was not undertaken in good faith and with zero cooperation. My partner went through the same ordeal and is STILL being charged a membership fee with management unresponsive to multiple emails requesting them to action the cancellation.

Only a small area, but a very good range of equipment (only 1 item not working properly but there is an alternate to this anyway) equivalent to a much larger gym, incl plenty of cardio options. Very clean, with friendly staff - Recommend.

Was told cancellation was simple with providing documentation of changed address. Myself and my partner have done so and five months later the gym has failed to respond to my multiple emails and requests to cease the payment and my bank is still getting requests for funds. My partner did manage to cancel his but took several months of back and forth emails and phone calls. Dodgy business people.
