Great service and very fair price

Kenny's is an example of company with one of the best levels of customer service that I've seen in a very long time. Kennys and other insulation providers gave us quotes in early 2021. We originally decided to go with another company who delivered a "blow-in" product, which we thought at the time would be more suitable for our metal-frame house. Due to COVID lockdowns, the other company could not deliver the job and we delayed another winter, before contacting Kennys again. Knowing the price of construction materials had sky-rocketed during COVID, we were worried about the quote rising. After we contacted Kennys again, Rory came out to us the very next day. He was extremely honest and transparent with us about the material price changes and he genuinely showed a lot of empathy to our situation. He worked with us to get an even better solution that matched the original quote as close as possible. To expedite the job, Rory hand delivered the product, and rearranged the installers schedule to get them out to us in a couple of days. Rory is hands-down one of the most customer service-oriented operators that I have seen in any business or industry. He guided us through the process, alleviated our worries, and worked diligently to fulfil all of our requests. With Rory, you are in great hands. The installer, Jimmy, was also extremely hard working and polite in his approach. Both Rory and Jimmy openly listened to our feedback and did exactly what we asked for - in several cases, going above and beyond e.g. taping up loose sarking. The install was done perfectly and the house holds its temperature well now. From every small and large interaction, it was an absolute pleasure working with Rory and his team; and I am not an easy customer. We felt like Kennys not only listened to our needs as a customer, but also took unprompted action to deliver far more and exceed our expectations. We are extremely pleased we have worked with Kenny's in the end, especially Rory and Jimmy. If you're considering insulation, just go with Kenny's. You won't regret it.

We recently had the insulation in our ceiling upgraded, and dealing with Rory at Kennys Insulation was excellent - he was thorough, professional, knowledgeable and timely; he listened to our concerns, provided a range of options for us consider via a written quote, and also gave us a number of tips for ways we could check on other things we were concerned about with respect to our house's energy efficiency. When COVID necessitated a change in the timing of the works to be completed, Rory kept us updated at all times, and did his best to finish the work as quickly as possible. The work was completed to a high standard and in a timely and efficient manner, and for the price specified in the quote; and has made a huge difference to the temperature of our house. We are happy to highly recommend the team at Kennys Insulation, and Rory in particular.

I needed my roof insulated as there was none. I asked for a quote, which was done very promptly. I accepted it and a date was booked straight away. The fitter, John, arrived on time, fitted the insulation and said his goodbyes. We hardly noticed he was here!! Great service, Im delighted to have got this task completed and for what seemed a good value price. Highly recommend Kennys!!

I can't believe how much warmer my home is after having our floors and ceilings insulated. Rory and his team were amazing to deal with and I'd have no hesitation recommending them
