Scribbles & Giggles Child Care Centre

My daughters started going to this centre since January and I couldnt have asked for a better place, the manager at the centre (Felidaus/Feli) is simply amazing, very approachable, very friendly and she connect with my kids so well, she always tries to communicate with parents every time I go there, which gives us a peace of mind, she is also efficient and always on top of things, when I make a query she always get back to me. The staff are also amazing, very friendly, they always ask after the kids welfare whether they are attending or absent . Zsalma ( not sure if I got the spelling right) in the clever caterpillar room with the other staff supported me greatly in doing toilet training with my daughter, which made it quicker and easier.I am very happy with the service. Thank u for looking after my kids. My kids love attending Scribbles and Giggles.

The worst place to work and has lowest standard in looking after children. Only pretty photos sent to parents. Even the food served is not healthy for little ones. If anyone doesn't believe my rating, go and visit ACECQA rating. Majority of criteria is working towards, which is the lowest standard in child care industry. Even after so many years in business. I wish Google allows -ve star rating.

The old manger was horrible! Before I drop my child off I see and could hear the educators yelling at the children. So unethical and horrible. As soon as I walked in they put on a fake face. No true kindness and care for the children. My child always had missing socks, blankets and items. And her main educators where never here during pick up so I never got a chance to speak with them about my childs day. I hope the current management is better for the childrens sake.
