How can anyone think its appropriate to leave a package outside a closed office in a busy shopping plaza. The mind boggles.

Worst experience, driver was trying to threaten me to come down and pick up the parcel myself or he would damage it.

  • Even though I paid extra for the fast delivery, the delivery was delayed by two days. It's a complete waste of time and money. If you see this delivery company on Amazon, I strongly recommend you not to use it. It's the worst shipping company.

Utterly useless. They either lied about 2 attempted deliveries or employ people who can't read numbers or street maps. I've told Amazon that I'll take my business elsewhere if they continue trying to use these people for my deliveries. I've never had a problem with any Amazon deliveries in the past.

Dragonfly uses independent contractors for their Amazon orders. Problem is the company has not addressed the issue with any press releases on their website etc about fixing the constant delivery contractors just dumping parcels/not ringing doorbells or placing items in weird locations. If there is quota affecting these contractors then this needs to be addressed because the current delivery system dragonfly has is a huge hit/miss rather constant stream of happy customers. They just seem to go into their shell and hope it fixes itself. Website doesnt even outline who the directors take some accountability and own up to the issues and fix them.
