Worst company ever. They charge people with disability parking when its free. The app never works and every time it takes hours to sort anything out. I advise people to keep a close eye on their statements cause they are ripping people off

Do not use this service. I would give them zero stars if I could! I was charged $20 for parking which I didn't use. It has been 4 weeks of chasing them via email and telephone calls. They have an overseas call centre who cannot assist with anything and constantly refer my enquiry to "IT" however "IT" don't respond. Zipby is quick to blame the car park management, however i have repeatedly requested the contact details of the car management to contact them directly but of course it is never provided to me. This is a deflection method to avoid giving me my refund that I am owing. Zipby are quick to take money but slow to respond to customer complaints. Zipby took my money and therefore should refund it. The app does not allow cancellations and you are forced to contact them to cancel which they didn't do on this ocasion. This is how they trick you into getting money for a service/parking you don't use. Be warned. Do not use this service if you want to get charged for parking that you not use or need and then not receiving a refund.

The concept of this idea sounds feasible but real time reality of using this method to manage parking is flawed. I have a mobility sticker and the whole process of setting this up is now in the 8th month. I have left another detailed request when the app did not let me in the carpark again. After pressing for a paper ticket and parking (as you cannot use your mobile whilst driving). I log back into the app to find no record of the parking. On top of this any attempt to contact ZipBy is met with a usual IT style ticket request to a technical team. What do I have to sit in the carpark to wait for my support ticket to go through and then get let out. Really ???. Sounds like no one has done real life user story or user case testing on this concept and support process. A total fail for my programme directing background. PS Still waiting for the ticket request so I can get out of the darn carpark. Best to avoid these car parks and complain to your local council.

I have been chasing up the incorrect payment for more than 8months. The staff always *only email me that the IT team will get back to me, but they never did. I would avoid enter the carpark operated by zipby. It has been painful and annoying experience and now they still owe me money.
