This company has completely tryed to sell me a 10 year old appliance when they told me it was only 3 years old !!!! Luck for the consumer laws

Was sold a faulty fridge, It broke down within 3 weeks of purchasing it. I contacted them and asked for it to be fixed or replaced however, was diverted and ignored for two weeks. When asking for a refund for the fridge, I was declined and given the only other option of a replacement which would cost an additional $100. I do not believe them to be reputable and would not advise anyone use their services.

Was sent the wrong spare part. When I said I would return it for a refund,but I wanted verification that the cost of postage to return was included. I was repeatedly told that they would speak to the manager. Finally after 2 weeks of chasing them up, phone call and emails,they agreed. Now trying to get all my monies refunded. Again I have to keep calling them. Very poor service,parts interpreter totally unqualified.Next call I will make is to the Department of Industrial Relations ,maybe they will have a better chance getting my refund. Extremely disorganised and no customer service. Once they take your money even if its their fault they don't like to refund..
