I cannot rate TMW more highly. Ian was professional and very prompt . Other window companies said it would take up to 6 weeks to make our 3 louver windows with security screens. TMW did it in less than 2 weeks and were cheaper. They did not compromise on quality either and our builders have even commented how good the windows are. Later on we need more louver windows and I will definitely be giving TMW our business. Thank you Ian, we really appreciate all your help .

Based on my experience with Ian at Gosford City Glass/Taylah Made Windows I would not recommend going here. I first contacted Ian on July 15th and he was very helpful in helping me figure out what I needed to get a dog door put into a glass panel. I purchased the door and called them to organise the job, no answer on the phone line after a few times trying to get through. I ended up dropping the dog door off at the workshop and discussing the job with them. They told me it would be completed within a few weeks. Fast forward to the 26th September (73 days later) and 15 phone calls later (most were not answered) and I have just walked in to pickup my doggy door without the glass from Ian's business partner. The job was still not done after many promises that the job would be completed and installed "next week". I don't know what other experiences people have had, but mine was terrible and I will not be returning.
