        It was a bit of a confusing experience. First I phoned and spoke to Jared who was very helpful and has excellent customer service and made the effort to find the specific tile I was looking for. But when I went to pick-up the tiles, he wasn't there and was served by an unfriendly staff member who sold me tiles at a higher price as well.
