Sales was excellent, great knowledge of products. Initial install was unfortunate, quite a few gaps underneath floor that i could only see by crawling under the house (which most people wouldn't do), was a little disappointed. When i contacted them about it, they said they'd call back but never did. Emailed them and they promptly came back out again to resolve (admittedly these 2 issues could just be 2 individuals forgetting and inadvertently missing gaps).. issues were resolved perfectly after this... but installers put half eaten sandwiches in our recycle bin on a really hot day! I didn't complain about this last part as i was over it by then, not sure if they weren't thinking or it was unintentional, but gave us a nasty surprise

Sales was excellent, great knowledge of products.
