Very unprofessional team, until i was a customer they used to reply back in minutes, now after my loan got declined, i have been trying to reach them for the refund of my deposit, and i got blocked over the phone calls. For more then a week now , i am being told that they are busy with customers and will be contacting shortly and still didnt hear from anyone

The service provided by Audi MacArthur was second to none. I have purchased a vehicle through George and he was terrific to deal with. I would also like to thank Minesh for the patience he had with me around my computer skills. I had not seen the vehicle but relied on the honesty and integrity of George to explain the condition of the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle it was exactly how he had described. A well deserved 5/5. I had an incredible experience in the service department with Matt as my advisor. He was approachable, understanding and made me feel that he was only concerned about what was in the best interest of myself and the car. I wasnt rushed through and felt validated. A valuable asset to a great team. Unfortunately, another service centre had left a sour taste in my mouth so I was hesitant but decided on Audi Alto Macarthur after I read some positive reviews. I will be back! Every aspect was professional and thorough. I had a few extra concerns that I wanted looked at along with the general service. The team went above and beyond to make sure my requests were met and then some. Great communication about what was carried out and each resolution explained. They managed to get the car in-and-out within the same day which was unexpected based on the work I had requested but very appreciated as we live 1+ hour away and it would have resulted in a return trip. Matt even hung around after close of business because we were stuck in traffic getting back to collect the car. Thanks, Matt! It was washed and vacuumed beautifully and it feels brand new. Great job guys, you are strong advocates for Audis standards and procedures. By far the best experience Ive had across 4 vehicles and 7 years of motoring with Audi. Thank you and see you soon!
