Meredith glows with warmth and calm. The weekend course in meditation was perfectly paced and full of wonderful information, insights and guidance. The workbook is an absolute treasure of information and the provided soundtrack is divine. The studio and food were bliss also. If you have ever thought about doing a course like this, I cannot recommend Meredith's enough.

I did a 2 day meditation course with Meredith. The venue was beautiful and the food amazing. The course was well structured and organised with many opportunities to practice what we were being taught. I enjoyed trying out many different meditation techniques. The course manual was a great resource that I can use at home as well as the music play lists. The fact that we have a follow-up in 3 weeks will help me to practice daily for the 21 days and form a healthy habit. Thank you Meredith, I would definitely recommend this course. It was great value for money.

Wow, Meredith is amazing. I learnt so many valuable tools to manage stress and anxiety through different forms of meditation. Definitely recommend the 2 day class for everyone.

I recently completed Seichim Level one with Meredith at Well-being Arc - Wow!! It was an incredible two days and highly recommend for those interested in taking the next step in their Reiki journey. Meredith is a beautiful and gifted intuitive healer and facilitator. Her presence is calm and nurturing and her healing sessions gently guided me to a place of profound inner healing and knowing where I was able to emerge with a renewed sense of clarity and peace. I have also been fortunate to have done a number of trainings with her at Wellbeing Arc and each time I have expanded into a deeper knowledge of myself and been provided with tools and techniques to take into my daily life.
