Like the Fgx falcon I want one I own one the best Ford I've ever owned want a model to keep next to my bed to remind me how lucky I am, and sad there's no more.

I had spent months trying to find a model car. This particular model car was at my fathers funeral. I had found dead end to dead end and eventually a facebook page called Ace Model Cars put me in the direction of Trax. I jumped on their website and saw the model I wanted but was sold out so I sent an email. I got in contact with Mark and I honestly couldnt be any happier with his service. I was absolutely blown away with his service. He emailed me and informed me they had one in stock and asked if I was interested in buying it before it went available online. I was so happy and excited I finally found one on my fathers 2 months anniversary. Then the model arrived, it had been beaten up in the transportation from NSW to VIC. I was unhappy as it had been broken. I emailed Mark and he told me to send it back straight away and he would send me out a new one ASAP. I requested to have the car super dooper packaged up to stop it from banging around. I have just recieved my replacement and my God, I am incredibly grateful and appreciate all the effort that went into this from Mark and his team. The car came covered in bubble wrap and in perfect condition and most of all, it was a different model to the first one that was sent to me. Honestly, thank you so much Mark and team, keep up the great work !!
