Jason, Claudette and the team are great. I was a first time customer of JIH and my wife and I had an idea of what we wanted but JIH came up with some great alternate options in design which we have ended up going with. We are really happy with the final design. JIH also worked with us over a long period to finally get our major house alterations (complete rebuild almost) through council. The WCC was particularly difficult and JIH guided us through it. They have been able to give us plenty of good contacts which has helped tremendously. I have found them responsive and would certainly use them again. I have recommended them to friends.

JIH has been an amazing company in assisting in the preparation and building of our duplexes. Jason was efficient, friendly, understanding of anything I needed clarified and was also happy to answer any questions. He always put 110% into ensuring myself as the client was always happy with the plans and always made sure the best possible outcome was put in place. Our Hamptons dream home was designed by Jason and his team and we are about to start construction Right from the outset, we were very impressed with the level of communication we received, and also Jasons willingness to assist with all parts of what can be a daunting and challenging process. Emily was also fantastic in coordinating our construction certificate which was complicated due to products we selected to use in our home. She was on top of following everything up which took the stress and pressure off us. We are confident that the design is perfect for what we wanted and needed for our family home and that our design brief of a light-filled, airy home has been fully accomplished.
