        If i could score this subway 0 i would. I had a young lady making my sub. The Indian owner man, heard me asking for some more mayo, he came marching over, said the new rule is only 2 lines of mayo. I wanted extra mayo (which every other subway gives me for free) i said I'll pay extra, still said no ,thats the rules & was trying to get into an argument over mayo. I keep saying I'll pay he keep saying No, that's the new rules. I was mindblown. The way he hovers over his employees is discussing. I would not give this man a cent of my money ever again. What happened to customer service?? By the way the sub was discussing...

        Extremely rude indian/manager.. Told me I could not get more sauce when I requested additional sauce as they have a limit how much sauce they can put. Would never go here again

        Very poor service with extremely arrogant salesgirl. Please check the size of subway when they cut for 6. They measured it with fully wrapped and was still not six inch. The manager on duty was more worried about serving other customers than being fair about it. Hopeless.

        This review is of the Mt Druitt franchise and in particular the staff working on Thursday afternoon (23/2/23). The friendliest and most efficient service I have ever had at a fast food outlet. Unbelievable. It goes the show the difference that it can make just by beating me a people person in hospitality. BEST SERVICE EVER!
