Friendly staffs, had been there to process 3 passport of my family no issues at all treat them with respect and a smile..although sometimes they are understaffed.. il gave them 5 stars for it

The lady behind the counter with the horrific white nails, was so rude for absolutely no reason. When being served she just stares at you like a robot till you say what you want, not even a hi or acknowledge of your existence there. If you work in customer service you should at the very least be nice to the people your serving. Maybe find another job if you cant do that.

Dont get your passport photos here, I noticed that another review said the same thing, was served by Angela, very rude and disrespectful towards us in front of all the other customers. On the Application it said to have a clear white background, after the photos were taken we realised the background was grey and dark, because they had no sufficient lighting in the store. Angela Kept on insisting that the photograph was fine, however it was not being accepted by the online application, after having to call the manager, we were finally refunded, however we heard Angela and her co-worker talking out the back, saying to each other they shouldnt refund us. Her attitude right from the beginning, was absolutely disgusting, the way she was looking at us and talking to us, definitely shouldnt be in customer service, no smile, no help, and also accusing me, saying that I dont work here, so I dont know anything, I said in response, I actually know more than you do, because Im the customer, and Im keeping you in a job, she responded, no youre returning the item I said well you need to do your job properly
