Every time I come to the Mt Druitt store I get personal service. the service is really good. I am always helped with my banking. I'm not just a number I'm a customer.

Have had nothing but great experiences dealing with Community First Credit Union. I appreciate thier personal approach and information regarding the current home loan interest rates. Patty was very informative and provided great customer service. I have also received great service from Loiuse and Sam from Narrellan. I look forward to dealing with CFCU for many years to come.

I have been dealing with CFCU for over 35 years and have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful at all times, recently I have just finalised a property settlement which had been ongoing for the last four years, the patients, understanding and cooperation from the team at the Penrith and Mt Druitt branches have been exceptionally outstanding, I must give extra credit to Bronwyn and Elizabeth Lawns form the Penrith Branch and Amanda Stone from the Mt Druitt Branch as they all played an amazing part in getting an result for my refinance approval, they have all gone above and beyond for me. Thank you all again for your committed, dedication and professionalism throughout the whole process, I will definitely be using them again for my future finances and recommendations for others to use CFCU.
