        Extremely disappointed I will not recommend CTM to any of my friends or family. The subcontractor did a good job installing the flooring but CTM not so professional to deal with. So many items were left out from their initial quote even after a site visit, be prepared to be hit with additional costs if you decide to go with them. Manuel was available to answer our calls at the beginning and answer our questions however as soon as the money was transferred, he was no where to be seen.
