First Renovation - 1920s Cottage Sam from Inspiring Designs has been the shining light throughout the Design/DA/CC process. Having not ever completed a renovation before, we were unsure on who to contact first, or where to even start. After the very first phone call, we knew Sam was the designer for us. She gathered all of our ideas and pinterest photos, and came up with multiple options, some which we had never thought was possible on our block. Sam drawings are very detailed (our builder loved this) while being competitively priced. Second to none! Thank you Sam.
