Dr Susan Coulshed

I have been a patient of Dr Coulshed for 15 years now. She is dedicated to her profession and the welfare her patients working diligently to give them the best outcome they can hope for. Her bright and sunny personality is a bonus.

Normally wouldnt write a review for an individual, but I had a very good experience with Dr Coulshed. I had a medical concern and was referred to Dr Coulshed for her specialist opinion. Although she was running a little bit late, she was genuinely apologetic and had a good reason for it. She still gave me her full time and attention, and didnt seem rushed (despite probably running into her lunch time). Dr Sue is caring and personable. She made sure I felt comfortable and clearly explained everything to me, allowing me opportunities to ask questions. She maintained her professionalism but wasnt overly clinical and had amazing bedside manner (something that doctors usually lack, to be honest). Most of all, she is extremely knowledgeable. It was evident through her discussions, explanations and observations that she was continuously analysing and critically thinking, in order to figure out what was going on with me. Id highly highly recommend Dr Coulshed. She is a great doctor, with a large amount of skills and knowledge, but she also has that unique ability to connect with her clients in a way unlike others.
