I wholeheartedly endorse the comments made by Marilyn Jankelovitz who I do not know. All Drs are caring and take a genuine interest in patients. I have been a patient for many years along with my children and grandchildren and the staff put up with a lot always with a cool head. I appreciate you all. Thanks

Rosebay medical practice has cared for my family for the past 20 years. The doctors are dedicated and experienced and have always been there for us. Thank you Dr Jacobson, Dr Wong, Dr Gordon and Dr Terkasher. The reception staff have such a busy and difficult job and I would like to commend them. Yvonne, Zila and Rivki you spend hours with us making appointments following up results, making sure that everything runs smoothly and I thank you from the bottom of my heart. You are incredible. Yvonne you deal with so much pressure and you are always so kind and caring and friendly. Zila you know everything. And Rivki we love you.

Extremely unprofessional. Lost my partner's blood results, cancelled a consultation ten minutes before, wrote out unnecessary prescriptions or several occasions, didn't take symptoms seriously and the space is messy and chaotic. Do not recommend.
