      image One VERY RUDE and most incompetent general practitioner at these premises with equally rude and highly unprofessional reception staff. I have never experienced customer service so low.
      I have been present on several occasions where I have observed in horror (and recently officially reported to several governmental bodies) how patients are constantly spoken to like animals.
      My strong advice to anybody seeking 'proper' medical attention and wanting to be taken seriously is to walk on and seek another medical practitioner further down Belmore Road, of which there are plenty!
      Very surprised to see this practice still in operation...
