Cools Auto Trim

Proceed with caution when dealing with Steve Eid at Cools Auto Trim. I was referred to Cools auto trim by a very reputable company but after my experience I would not recommend. The door trims I ordered arrived poorly made and were sent back at my expense to be fixed. When I got the replacement door trims back they were even worse than the first trims that were made. Steve said send them back Ill return your money. I requested he arrange postage for the items to be sent back but was told I can't do that just send them and send me the bil. Steve has not fulfilled my full refund including the postage cost he said to send him the bill for. I am still out of pocket only being partially refunded. I originally requested photos before the door trims were sent out but according to Steve it was too late as they were being packaged and I was assured he services a lot of reputable companies in Victoria and because I was referred by one I believed it. There is no quality control in place before items are sent out. I have been very reasonable and patient in trying to reach a resolution but Steve throughout this whole process has not been one bit remorseful. Disappointing and costly experience. Excellent Quality / Service & Price!. I am in the process of resorting my HJ GTS Monaro. I called several people in the know and Steve kept on being recommended. So l gave him a call. I received my seat skins and door trims today and could not be happier. From the genuine hairingbone inserts that have been used to the perfect stitching. I inspected the 4 door trims, the seat skins and even the middle arm rest for any imperfections but found none. They have done a perfect job. To top it off there price was a lot cheaper then some other Upolstery companies that specialise in classic restoration. Steve Wes also friendly and very professional. I would highly recommend them.
