Little Jobs certainly exceeded my expectations! I had a crack in my screen previously and got it repaired at an actual retail phone repair store. For a few months there was lost sensitivity on certain parts of the screen, but I was able to manage daily functions with it as I was too lazy to get it checked out again. Eventually, one day a whole section (where the keyboard is) was not responsive and the screen was stuck! I went back to the store and they said it was outside of their warranty period and tried to charge again. I just purchased a new phone instead. Fast forward to now, I have found a work purpose for the old phone and Little Jobs fixed it with EASE! No hidden fees, super fast responses, clear communication, great customer service. I dropped it off in the afternoon and picked it up several hours later. Not only did they charge less than the other place, they offer 6 month warranty and gave me options (it didnt seem they were after money).
