Barre Junction

I took Angels Prenatal Pilates during my pregnancy and Im so glad I did! Her classes are super fun, interactive and engaging. It never felt like a workout session as it went so effortlessly quickly. Angel was always so supportive and while shes engaging, she also ensures your form and posture is right while working out. Shes super fun to work out with but also very gently pushes you based on your fitness level. Angel knows her stuff and for a very specialised program like prenatal, I have to say it was the best decision I made to take her classes regularly. Her program made my postpartum recovery so much quicker and better. Thanks Angel!

Angel is a very kind and accommodating teacher who's helping me to get some great exercise despite being out of shape. The rotating classes that she teaches for her Tuesday evening class are a lot of fun and it's really nice having a variety of exercises between the weeks.

I love working out with Angel at Barre Junction. She is very attentive, informative and ensures I am doing the exercises correctly. She is gentle but knows how to push me to grow in my strength. It's also a lovely spot to work out - overlooking the water. Highly recommend!
