They're very slow in delivering (taking them five days to dispatch) and responding to customers regarding faulty products( 5days or more). I do not recommend using Petso if you don't want to deal with delayed customer service.

First-time customer here. I was a bit reluctant purchasing my preferred dry cat food from Petso as I've never heard of this store before and the bag of food was considerably cheaper than in any other brick'n'mortar and online store. However, it was out of stock elsewhere, including well established stores like Pet Stock, Pet Circle, My Pet Warehouse and similar. To my surprise, the order was easy to make and it arrived quickly (ordered on Easter Monday evening and delivered Thursday morning). I received timely order updates and order tracking information. I'll definitely be buying from Petso again!

I have purchased various things from Petso over the past year and have always had a great experience. They often have really good value sales which is handy for stocking up on food and tofu litter in particular. I have picked up orders from their warehouse and had things delivered via post without any issues. Staff have always been friendly to deal with.
