Mint Loans

We applied for a house and land package in September 2021. We were well within our service limit at the time, but by the time our land registered in August 2022 our pre approval that was applied for in June 2022 fell through due to interest rate hikes. Ray from Mint Loans managed to get us a loan approval just before our settlement date, obviously a huge relief. He kept us updated throughout the whole process and done an awesome job of making things happen for us. Highly recommend.

Reached out to Mint Loans/Ray Treacy on referral from a land developer I was buying land from. I needed help with restructuring existing mortgages and also planning a strategy for a future purchase and Ray took the time to review the entire case past present and future and provided terrific advice. The refinance matter settled yesterday with great valuation despite the current climate and we have a good strategy also in place to work on. Ray made a complicated, inter-related set of loan re-structures easy and made a daunting process easy. Another great thing is it is not a one man show. Ray saved the day!!! When I was referred to mint loans our situation was dire. After speaking to Mr Ray Treacy he was able to find a lender and provide a solution. It was not without challenges due to our circumstances however Ray worked tirelesly (even on his days off) to ensure we obtained formal loan approval and I can confirm settlement was completed successfully two days ago.
