Bed Bath N' Table Rhodes

I love this place and their products and the have very good sales! The manager once threw the bag to me and didnt apologise. I dont know if she was having a bad day but customers are not your hitting sacks- a friendly reminder. The rest of the girls are all amazing and always go above and beyond.

Unfortunately I have to agree with most of the reviews here as Ive had a bad customer service at this place. Said they'd follow up by email from regional manager about a product I wasn't happy with, never got the said email and I was passed on to a different shop to handle. Disappointing to say the least but had the issue resolved at another shop, which had much more accomodating customer service.

Cannot believe some of the negative reviews for the great shop. I have always found the customer service above average. The staff let me leave my pillows behind the counter while I browsed the other shops. A great little gesture that leaves a great impression.

Horrible service, ordered a quilt told me they would call and didnt, even lied and said they did. Took over one week when they said two days
