I tried to find out if I'm being billed before i go in but they tell me it's up to the doctors discretion. So basically if they don't like you they will slug you with the bill and if they like you you dont have to pay.

I have been to many GPs in Sydney and by far Dr Kevin is the best! Dr Kevin is very patient and friendly. He always takes the time to listen to me in the consult and runs the necessary tests. I trust his medical expertise and i wouldnt go anywhere else. Huge thanks to Dr Kevin and I definitely recommend him.

Definitely not the two male doctors! terrible customer service and experience for so called medical professionals A less than 10 minute consult just to pay my entire hourly rate as a gap fee, looked so bored when I was talking old asian man Kevin couldn't even make eye contact when I was talking. Ushered me out the door after 10 minutes was up while staring at his screen the whole time Don't even talk about that rude mac guy that couldn't even pretend to smile looking so sternly when my name was being called out then pointing to another patient as I heard it wrong. And the receptionist hanging up too coldly after rushing the whole call. Terrible service never returning you should take your money somewhere else too jesus christ
