I had an exceptional experience with Dial-a-Bed. Alan, Peter, and Ian provided outstanding service from start to finish. Alan's knowledge and guidance helped me find the perfect bed. Peter and Ian ensured a seamless delivery, and the team set up the bed with care. Overall, Dial-a-Bed exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended for top-notch mattresses and bed frames and excellent customer service.

I dont usually do reviews of companies, however, so often people only remember to put a bad review on a company. I had such a good experience, I placed an order on Thursday, the futon mattress I ordered was delivered on Friday. I rang to check on the order on Friday as I was heading down the coast Saturday with the mattress. Peter said if it doesnt arrive he will personally deliver it. However it arrived Friday afternoon and really happy with the service and quality. Thank you.

It was 10 years ago, salesperson named PETER. Hello Peter, hope all is well. Its the Futon Mattress I bought. COTTON. Like a rock to sit on, and like a block of ice in winter, and heavy as hell to rotate, BUT, the cotton mattress is as new as the day I bought it. A very well AUSTRALIAN MADE product. Well done Dial A Bed.
