Sat on the phone for half an hour to never be pick up on ac actual joke of a business do not open a super with then absolutely horrible customer service would give zero stars but can only give one

I have had my super with MTAA for well over 20yrs. Compared with the big super companies that charge higher fees and are not very good at investing your money, I would choose these guys every time. All the bad reviews seem to be from people trying to access their super during the pandemic as they have been in the last few months, and it seems they are not happy with the government imposed steps to access it.

Worst Super ever! They are incompetent, they have primitive procedures, It took them 3 weeks to tell us we had filled the incorrect form to rollover my husband's funds to our SMSF, it's now a total of 8 weeks and we're still waiting for a cheque! Every time we call we are told different stories, we had a deadline to meet and as we haven't received the cheque we will incur penalties, no one is capable to help and they have no facilities to lodge a complaint, very frustrating! Absolutely disgraceful!! On the other hand my Super "Rest" was excellent, they have outperformed MTAA for years, they have an online form to fill and my funds was EFT into my SMSF within one week :)

Worst Superfund ever. I was with them for almost 3 yrs and all the money I had invested was chewed up by hidden fees and a life insurance policy I never asked for. Complete Thieves!
