Don't contact to this agent. They'll overcharge you with numerous unsourced payments even they don't know where it came from.

Sarah who is the so called GM is rude, arrogant and has no idea on how to run a business properly. She should be ashamed and embarrassed by the lack organisation she puts into this company and in her role. I had registered to be a homestay host and Sarah had over an 8 week period to have my home inspected - which was not done. I then was notified only 5 days out from Christmas eve that they wanted someone to come and inspect my property, naturally it was an inconvenient time of year because its always chaos. Now because I couldn't fit it into their schedule, I discovered several weeks later because I actually initiated the phonecall, that the student who was initially assigned to me was allocated elsewhere. Sarah who claims to be the GM admitted that there were inefficiencies only because I pointed it out to her several times, did not even have the common courtesy to send me any written notification or place a phonecall to me advising that the student had been allocated elsewhere. This is a badly run organisation who couldn't run a chook raffle at the best of times. Extremely unprofessional. Probably one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with. Would not even consider dealing with them ever again. I'm not sure why then even exist to be honest. If I were to rate them out of 10, Giving them a ZERO (0) would be generous in my opinion (I was forced to give them a 1 star rating otherwise I was unable to write this review)

Stay away. Unethical. Very rude and unprofessional. They discriminate against non traditional families and then lie about it. Don't contact this organisation or waste your time.
