        My house with Thrive home settled last September. When they handed over the key. They did not provide Permit of occupation of certificate. Then I contacted with them. At December, one staff send me an email said she will do it after Christmas and new year. Then another three months pass. I still got nothing, nor permit of OC or OC, and each time I call her no matter directly or transfer from their mother company Rawson, i cant reach her. This company has poor serveice, even I want to complain about the gap between my houses foundation and soils under it, I have no path to do so. Service: Home building
