We bought an investment unit through home and very happy with their services so much that we have also asked them to manage our rental for us. Thank you so much Claudia for providing excellent and professional services. I would recommend her service to anyone.

I have purchased 2 investment properties with Holmes Property Partners and they are also manging the rent. The sales team has great knowledge and connection in the property market, not just in Sydney but also in other parts of Australia. The property management team provides valuable advice to achieve the best outcome and also manages the rent so well, there is really nothing that I need to do or worry about. Cannot be more happy with their expertise and service - look forward to my next investment through them. I recommend Holmes Property Partners to anyone looking to purchase, sell, invest or rent properties.

I recently had the pleasure of renting a property through Holmes Property Partners, and I couldn't be more impressed with their services. From the very first interaction, the team was extremely professional, courteous, and helpful. They made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. The team was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had relating to the rental property. They always went above and beyond to ensure that all queries were answered and that I was happy and comfortable in my new home. Overall, I highly recommend Holmes Property Partners for anyone in need of a high-quality rental property. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to customer satisfaction truly sets them apart from other rental agencies. Definitely would not recommend this agency for renting. Poor communication internally and had the audacity to call us liars when the agent had jumped the gun herself and got it approved with the landlord without our authority (also FYI landlords - without verifying our docs!?). Then hung up saying that she won't speak to us until our documents are in. Sent through our docs in an hour and despite continuous follow ups from us, we weren't told that they had taken the deposit until we spoke to another (much nicer) agent. What a shame that one agent has caused such a foul reputation. Edit: Trying to accuse us of not actioning your follow ups is a complete lie and I have all communications to support this. Please also stop calling me as I will not be removing or amending this review - at least others are better informe in the future.
