Cant argue with the service, they answered phones when I called even out of business hours and as a first time importer they gave me all the advice I needed when asked. Cheers guys!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! This company appears to have a deal with shipping companies in China where they just take over the whole process and send an endless stream of invoices with vague descriptions and demand letters. They add a commission on everything and lie about what the original cost was. When I caught them out ripping me off with one of the invoices in the end a dishonest Indian guy tells me "You owe us nothing your goods are waiting for you to pick them up today". When I go to pick them up at the 3rd party warehouse, the company (not GCS) says we can't let you pick them up because GCS hasn't paid the bill. GCS refused to pay the outstanding bills. I was forced to pay the outstanding bill to the 3rd party warehose or pay a daily warehouse bill.

Very poor service, no follow up, no advice when cargo arrives nothing. Bad representation of your clients and agents
