    Hopeless company. You'd think a multi-billion dollar organisation would be able to cancel a service pretty efficiently. But no, you get the run around from half a dozen different people in different departments. Big business is just like big government, bureaucratic, bloated, inefficient and rude. Try harder you useless frogs.

    We had a terrible experience with the customer service staff at SUEZ today, namely Christina and Anne. The two businesses who share the site didn't get the weekly paper and cardboard pick up completed yesterday. After enquiring; we were advised that the bins were indeed picked up according to the driver, when they clearly weren't. The multiple people on site all day and the full bins staring me in the face, said otherwise. Rather than trying to be helpful and find a solution, they told me 'they probably got filled up again since they got emptied'. Despite the fact we only operate from this site on Sundays. They asked management from both businesses to send time stamped CCTV to show the driver didn't arrive and take photos of the bins that haven't been emptied. Between having to make multiple calls to SUEZ this was very inconvenient and cut in to other tasks while preparing for the weekend. It took multiple phone calls from multiple people from different organisations, to simply organise an additional pick up, which we will probably be charged for. It took every fibre in my being to remain professional after being spoken to like an idiot and liar. I suppose they thought business owners and general managers were conspiring together to get an additional pick up free of charge, despite having been with SUEZ for many, many years, including when they were SITA. With no record of dishonest behaviour. We will now be checking our contract to see how quickly we can engage another company for our waste management. There is clearly a culture problem in the customer service office of SUEZ that would I prefer to not have the displeasure of dealing with again. I hope by sharing this it may help another business owner when engaging a new waste management company and are considering SUEZ.

    Our bins supposedly get collected by Suez for Parramatta council yet every week I need to ring the council as all the bins in our street are missed I don't know who drives the trucks but they must be so smart (NOT) that they can miss a whole street. I would NOT recommend for any job

    Truck driver rear ended my 3 day old car in Dandenong on the 16/11/20. I was sitting at a red light Though I got the drivers licence details of the driver , as I called Suez to report the accident and get their details , the driver got into the truck and left without my details. Subsequent phone calls and emails to them have yielded no results. I have left all my relevant details with them and at the drivers letter box and on his front door. It has know been five days and still no attempt to resolve this. Suez claims he was an owner diver. Of course I have no way to verify this. Off to the police and lawyer tomorrow.
