        Cowboys of the building industry In 3 years my unit has flooded 4 times. Ruining walls, carpet etc in 3 seperate rooms. I keep getting told its only water & these things happen. No transparency, no written reports, very unprofessional. The merry go round of constant trades for repairs is a massive inconvenience
