I visited this store several times in this month to look around my outfit. The staff's enthusiasm and kindness pleased me. She was very polite and explained to me what clothes looking good on me in details when I couldn't choose, even though my 3-year-old son interrupted me loudly, running all the where in the store. I had a great experience to choice clothes. Nice collection, Nice staff!

Id recommend this place. Customer service is great! Ask for advice if you are not sure which clothes to get and they will help you out sincerely :)

Visited to grab something for my girlfriend. The staff wearing a cap was very attentive and friendly when I was trying to pick what to buy. Massive thanks to her!

The staff was rude and her demeanor and expression made me feel uncomfortable. I went in to try on clothes a few days ago and after trying on two outfits, I decided not to purchase any. I thanked the staff for her service and returned the clothes I had tried on, but she gave me a dirty look and didn't say anything in response. This brought back memories of a previous encounter where the staff told me the shop was closing in 10 minutes as I was browsing. I said thank you and that I would leave soon. So I just checked myself in the mirror, then the staff told me to use the restroom mirror instead of the one in the store. I felt embarrassed by this as she had just said it was closing in 10 minutes, but she was asking me to leave immediately. This kind of attitude is really hard to accept. I understand that one unpleasant experience can happen, but two separate occurrences of unpleasant experiences should not be considered a coincidence. This store is located in my building, but I will not be returning there. I would rather go to chain stores that are farther away like BW, MQ or City.
