Icon Cancer Centre Concord

I was an outpatient for the Icon Cancer Centre, and had seen multiple clinicians over a matter of months. Specifically Dr Gazelle and Dr Anu, weren't willing to disclose key information in relation to treatment, and were pushy for treatment outside of their core specialties. They were also dismissive to my family situation and refused to refer my matter to a more local practice, where I would require several weeks of treatment. The leaders of this organisation are out of touch with patients, and this clinic masquerades as being integrated with Concord hospital, where they are actually private. This doesn't matter at face value, but it does when they share common resources. Families and patients would be served to get other opinions where required.

Really wonderful cancer centre . Lovely ,very caring ,very professional happy staff and world class ultra modern facilities .Treatment is excellent.
